It was a little intimidating walking into a boxing gym for the first time, but it's been 2 years now and I haven't looked back - awesome trainers, fun classes, and great clients who really make you feel welcome!
I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to get fit and have fun while doing it.

Great variety of classes, experienced instructors and friendly members :)
You get a great boxing workout and get to meet some fantastic people.
Caters for absolute beginners through to experienced fighters.

Boxing Central is such a great place for all kinds of fitness. Weather you want to get fitter, lose weight, get into ring (bucket list) or just want to learn new skills this is a place where you find great team to support your individual needs. I love my workout here and it's like a family we support eachother to achieve our goals. Our goals changes from time to time so find a place that can adapt and support you. See you at boxing Central.
