We have always used these guys when we travel to Auckland because they are affordable, quick and easy. This last trip we had our flight cancelled & had to stay in Auckland another night. When it came time to book another day with Hireace it was hassle free, efficient and sorted for us within minutes! Thank you guys!

I rented a car from them about 3 years ago. The car had around 20 dents in it. Upon returning they claimed i had scratched the car inside an existing dent. They then took my 200$ to 'fix the scratch' (but not the dent). As soon as i returned the car i knew the staff member was in a bad mood and would be difficult. Manger was not interested. Dishonest , dishonorable Business. I would rather walk than deal with people like this again. AVOID. Be careful of fake reviews written by staff...

Would highly recommend renting from this branch! Good prices and it was the best customer service i have experienced renting a vehicle. If i have a chance to tour Auckland again i will certainly be a return customer here.

Had a wonderful experience renting scooters from Avneel at Hireace. Specifically the friendliness and great customer service. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to rent some scooters in Auckland!
