Heerlijk verrassend 4 gangen menu gehad, met heerlijke wijnen die echt bij de gerechten passen. Vooral de proeverij van voorgerechten is een aanrader, zoveel smaken en combinaties.

It's very easy to find a café in Valkenswaard and there are loads of bars that do reasonable pubfood, but restaurantwise Valkenswaard has been a bit of a desert since Normandy closed. This has changed now. Vida Pura is an excellent restaurant with very good food. We loved the parad of starters (plate and taste were immaculate), as well as the barbecued beef that was our entree. Great chesses for dessert. The wines are reasonably priced. Do try their ports. Service is professional and very friendly, but could be a bit sharper (try to look a bit more in the direction of tables your not serving). Our kids loved the place and the food, even though the restaurant does not have a seperate kids menu. On a second visit the quality of the food was once again great. Service coulant have been a bit sharper, but after the waitress confessed she recently started this work, we together made fun of her small mistakes. Not cheap, but definitely recommended.

Heerlijk restaurant met fantastische bediening. Letten heel goed op de details. Was jarig en ze schreven gefeliciteerd op het bord met chocolade. Geweldig, kom zeker terug!
