Yesterday, my daughter and myself went for a meal at Gina's. Although I have been there many times (it was my third visit to the restaurant this month alone), I was very disappointed with the service. Between the starter and the main meal, it took them almost 1.30 hour to deliver! This happened after we had asked them twice about the delay. The first person we asked just looked at her tracking device and said the order was on its way without checking with the kitchen and the second told us it would be delivered within minutes! When the meal finally arrived (we had ordered two pizzas, nothing complicated), there was no explanation or apology on their part whatsoever as to why our order had been delayed for so long! I did not leave a tip this time as I felt totally outraged by their behaviour!

Good looking and cozy restaurant. Food is very good and the staff are attentive and friendly. We visited when it was very busy and the food still arrived quickly, tasted good and was beautifully presented. I would recommend this place.
