I found NOH when looking for a sushi restaurant after our favorite (Nori) closed down. I read in a review that the employees of the Japanese embassy frequently eat at NOH and so I thought NOH would really be worth a try. And it is indeed! It's our new favorite. I am a vegetarian myself (who also doesn't eat fish) and I love that I actually have options to choose from at NOH and everything tastes amazing.
A lot of good sushi restaurants in The Hague have disappeared and in return came bad quality All-You-Can-Eat restaurants. I've tried some and I really don't like their greasy, low-on-taste food. Besides that, I find that they have very limited options for vegetarians and some of them put tables much to close to each other. So it's save to say all-you-can-eat sushi is not my thing. But now we have found NOH in the Prinsestraat, I am very happy to eat sushi again. If you plan to go there be sure to make a reservation because they are fully booked rather fast. They also do take-away but if you don't want to wait to long they advise you to call in advance so they can make everything ready for you when you come to pick it up.
