Pleasant staff and reasonable value/price. Good for a quick lunch, coffee or an early dinner, not good if you look for a cafe to work on your laptop as it's usually busy. The treatment of staff also changes slightly if you sit there over an hour. But overall an ok local lunch cafe.

Noony's is probably the best place in that area of Voorburg, and worth a stop. Consider taking some time though, as they take quite a lot of time (especially at lunch) to serve you. The food is however quite good and decently varied around the usual lines of Dutch eetcafees.
