One of my favourite places in The Hague, which comes in stark contrast with some of the outright nonsensical reviews here...
Staff has always been very friendly, going so far as to remember me when I went by to ask about their special in the afternoon and then immediately providing that special when I've returned unannounced later in the evening. I'm no regular, having been there only 3 times at the time of typing this, so that's pretty impressive!
The selection of burgers is very varied, frequently updated, and incudes vegetarian options which are actually good (unlike in many other "high class" places). Unlike what some of these other reviewers seem to think, I find the price to be very much justified seeing what you get: a thick patty, vegeables, fries, etc. You'll walk out with a full belly, which is far more than I can say about a lot of other places in this price range.
The interior is very neat, minimalistic but cozy, with tables by the large windows where you can watch passers-by as well as quiet private booths for a cozy meal.
Absolutely recommended if you enjoy a good burger and a relaxed atmosphere.

Their Halloween burger was the best I'd had in years and the staff is very service-minded, attentive and nice. Highly recommend to anyone seeking a great and somewhat special burger in The Hague.

Went for my birthday with 3 friends and my newborn around 7 o clock. There was only one waiter serving all tables. I am a regular costumer at Burgerz and am used to being treated well. But he refused to give us service and told us that the other section will not be opened for us and opted for us to sit at the bar. We refused cause It's practical to sit with a baby on a high chair at the bar. So we went outside to deliberate. Other guests arrived. And to our surprise the waiter opened up the other section for them. Burgerz Den Haag; Shame on you and what a way to ruin my birthday. That waiter was very RUDE.

Came here a couple of years ago. Service at the time was disappointing. They were more concerned about the people that might come in than the people that are already in. Asked if my friend and i could sit at a normal table as the high table was very uncomfortable. Was told that the table was for 4 people or more. The table was free at the time and not reserved. They could have done a better job with the interior. The food itself was average. Would I come back here.. Maybe to see if there is an improvement. Other than that you're not missing anything out.

Great atmosphere! Good service! Nice concept. Price vs product > very poor. Food Presentation> poor. Taste> good. Not returning!
