A cozy feeling restaurant with great food and lots of seating both inside and on the patio. My spouse had a huge serving of delicious spareribs and I opted for their soup and an appetizer of scampi and salad which were both very good. Then treated myself to their lasagna of chocolate - milk chocolate mousse layered with a thin wafer of dark chocolate and topped with white chocolate mousse - Sumptuous.
It was a quiet Monday evening in mid-September so service was quite quick - though we finally just got up and asked to pay at the bar.
I do not understand the seemingly infinite delay in bringing the bill once they've cleared the dessert dishes - this comment applies widely and is not specific to Grand Cafe.

We've had our dinner at this café with a fantastic spot on the terrace.
Service was good, we got adviced about the Rosé because they saw we had a hard time chosing.
Down side about dinner was the long waiting time between the dished (+/- 45min per dish).
The food itself was great and not that expensive (good quality/price ratio).
