Worst online bookshop..Very bad service..And finealy i didn' get the book that i needed..unbelievable..Very disapointed
2 days after emailing (IN ENGLISH) with the personel for abroad shipping of the book, i placed my order and paid, they informed me tha they could not find the book in the bookstore and the mail was in Duch..
With the refund of the money also was a disaster, because i told them to wait for a while in case i found something else in the bookstore, and when i sent the email with my bank account to get the money back, they sent me again in DUTCH, a mail with the refund in my credit card that will take 4-6 weeks...as they didn't ever read my emails...
what can i say...
