AVOID DELIVERY FROM THIS BRANCH!! Worst PAID delivery service ever. Spent over 1500euros to get the products home only to be told it can only be left at the door. The guy from alert delivey named Karim was so rude and incompetent at his job, I wonder how long he can sustain such a unfit role and was complaining about how heavy the load is refusing to move the items as agreed/instructions left when we PAID for the service.
After a heated exchange, speaking to his manager he said would move only to door-step and threatned to leave the items there, leaving me and my fiance to move 500kg worth of items.
Eventually the person driving the delivery truck (Gill) stepped in and kind enough to do the apparently imposible task assainged to Karim. Gill was then doing heavy lifting moving heavy items out of the truck to the first floor. While his colleague watched complaining and being lazy. Even my fiance help out Gill. Not even taking any initiative to help his colleague at all.
Very dissapointing experience, despite the quality product it seems IKEA lack the capability to find an approperiate delivery service in Netherlands, with people like Gill. Espicially when asked to pay for delivery. If you are unable to provide the service why offer it in the first place???

Actually not that busy for a Saturday afternoon - plenty of space in the cafeteria and not too crowded. Personnel was readily available when we needed help. Not sure if this is the standard (first time here) but overall a slightly more positive experience compared to IKEA Delft.

Terrible delivery service. The biggest box was left in front of the doors because it was not possible to fit in on the stairs, according to people that delivered it. I was left with 51 kg box that was 2,4m long. Customer service did not pick up for 15 minutes to advise what to do. Luckily one of the guys renovating my apartment helped me to bring it up, it was big but it did fit. Do not hire lazy people to do this job. Not mentioning that they were late.
