The building is really nice and decorated with taste. The room was a bit at the expensive side but nevertheless really nice. Staff is very friendly and willing to help. The "included parking" is a public one in which one normally has to pay, but they can reset your card so you don't have to pay anything. However, upon arrival, that parking was full, so we had to find another one (and pay for that).
Despite the room being very good, I woke up quite early because of music playing in the hallway: VERY ENOYING. One could also hear people walking around in the room above mine.
Breakfast was really good, and we also had dinner in the restaurant. The plates were not really big, but for an excelent quality - it was really really really tastefull. Staff in the restaurant are very helpfull and nice people.

This review is about the brasserie, not about the hotel.
The service here is great! We had some special preferences (like eating from one plate with two persons) and the staff handled it all very professional. The staff is friendly and you're easily able to sit and work here for hours. There is fast WIFI, though connecting to it might sometimes be a bit problematic. The food tastes great, en they have enough variety. The prices are somewhat on the more expensive side, but then again; you will get enough on your plate. :) 10/ 10 would go again!

Nice atmosphere accompanied with good service. However, price to quality ratio is not overwhelming. Good food, but relatively high price. This is partly compensated by the nice interior!

I enjoy the food, drinks and decoration at Katoen. It's a pretty laid back location, though somewhat upscale. Nice, if that's your thing! They could add some more variety to their menu, though. Staff can be a bit slow, but I feel like it has been getting better.
