The assistant on the phone is extremely rude.
Even though I was so kind and trying to explain that I just need an appointment,the lady shouted at me on the phone and told me that I can do appointment only through mail. I wrote an email but they never write me back. After that I called them again to check why nobody is writing me, at this time the lady only spoke Dutch and hang up the phone again.
I don't think I will ever go there.
