Sortering is OK; geldt tegenwoordig helaas minder voor reisboeken. Jammer. Ander nadeel is voor mijn gevoel dat personeel zich nogal eens verheven voelt boven de klant. Als je handelt obv gelijkwaardigheid zou 5 sterren geen illusie zijn
