Vanavond eten besteld,ze bezorgen.Duurde een kwartiertje werd gezegd,werd 3kwartier nou ja oké.
Toen het er was bleek het eten koud,jammer dus wij bestellen hier niets meer.

I think that the people who work at the reception need to learn English! I've tried sooo many times to order over the phone but it seems that they really don't understand a thing I'm saying!
They've got amazing food, no question about it, but as for their customer service, they don't care. I've tried and tried to really reason with the lady over the phone, and she simply cut me off saying that I should come in person and order. It's sooo frustrating that they don't make any kind of adjustment to the idea of being able to order over the phone. Another thing about it, as I was trying to explain what I want, she simply hang up on me while I was talking. What in the world should i do in this situation? I've called 4 times just to order the food and 3 times she hang up on me. That's crazy, I'm not quite sure how I should take this, but in all honesty I'll rather drive 10-15 km extra and get my chines food somewhere else instead of trying so many times and simply be ignored!
I've actually given up on eating at that restaurant ever again! I'd rather drive to the Golden Wok over the A4 and it's much better service even though is like 17 km away.
I hope someone from the restaurant reads this review and changes something about their customer service! I only mean this review for improvement and not at all for being mean about anything. It may look that I've got something against them but I really don't, I totally love their food, but I also hate their ways of dealing with their customers!
