money payed, pizza not delivered, called on the phone after waiting for more than an hour, and got an umpleasant replies and lies about trying to deliver it. while there was no knock on the door, no ringing the bell or phone. total disappointment

worst service i ever had in amsterdam! 2 bad experiences in the last 2 weeks and im never ordering from them again! the first time i ordered through thuisbezorgd and my order came in one hour and a half and on the phone the guy said i would get something as compensation, nothing! the second time i called to make sure they get my order, they say 30 minutes for a pizza (i live 5 min away by scooter btw) and it arrives in 55 minutes, when i had to go to work in one hour plus they got my pizza wrong, i ordered quatro formaggi and i got a weird pizza made from 4 other pizzas, all of them with meat and i asked for quatro formaggi to not have any meat. i am never ordering again from dominos!
