Mobilis Crossfit has been and continues to be an amazing box to train in. Since starting 4 years ago, the coaches consistently motivate and inspire you, while placing the utmost importance on technique. The last point not only improves you, but helps mitigate injuries.
Each WOD brings familiar faces and a friendly competiveness. The coaches quickly get to know you, enabling them to provide effective, personal and tailored training tips during the lesson.
Today, Mobilis Crossfit continues to help me reach my fitness goals and then exceed them!

For those who wish to go to the Mobilis Fysio: Stay away from this place!
In addition to the fact that I went there for few treatments but my problem was not resolved, I have been charged for extra appointments which were never confirmed.
