I had a great experience renting a car here. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I requested a car with wifi and they didn't have one available, so that was disappointing. It was the day after a holiday, so that may have been a factor. Other than that, it was an easy check in and drop off. I dropped it off after hours, so I had to park it on one of the street options they give you. I put the keys in the drop box with a note on the car's location and that was it. There were several Uber's in that area, so I was able to have someone pick me up quickly and take me back to where I stayed. Overall, a very positive experience.

10am and 20 people waiting in line. The line we were in after 45 minutes, the representative decided to go somewhere and total chaos. If you want to save money this is the place, but expect the worst customer service possible. We waited 2 hours in total.
