Expensive but one of the best gyms in town with helpful trainers.

The one and only gym I've been going through the years. But some trainers aren't very helpful.

A total rip off. Big time. $30 on weekends and 20$ from Monday to Friday for 1workout!?? No compromise for a 3day pass, nothing. How ridiculous. Fit way charges only 4dollars, that's where we will go.

I am an international athlete and business traveler in Yangon for a few days. I called Real Fitness today for the price of a one-day visit and they told me $30 USD per day. Seriously? Seriously! Even the best gyms in Thailand are $5-6 per day. Real Fitness is a Real Ripoff - Not worth my time or money. What a joke.

This is a beautiful gym on the inside with new looking equipment. It is quite smaller than I expected. They have regular classes. No pool, or hot tub, but there is a sauna in the bathroom. If you accept a very short tour, you will be expected to sit down at a table for the "sell". I only remember the family rate. It worked out to be about $100USD per person in the family per month (16 yrs and older only). It was too much for us. I would expect a larger gym for this price. Our visit was November 2013.
