Not what I was expecting, three benches to sit with no shade.You either have to wait at McD's or Jack in the box, to fight the sun/rain outside at times.Which are across from the boarding bus stop.

Purchase area is a kiosk that is separate from the waiting area. Waiting area is outside, no cover,severely limited seating. 3 benches. That's the seating area. If it's raining, too bad. 110 and sweltering, too bad.

This isn't a station. It's two park benches under the sun. They should provide a shaded area for the passengers to wait.

Terrible experience the girl who works in the San Isidro station with the braces has horrible customer service . I get it she can't do much about it so I asked her if there was a manager I could speak to because she did not want to get me into the next bus cause I had missed the previous due to the traffic to cross from tijuana she told me she was the manager but with attitude. I asked her for her name she said she wasn't going to tell me her name to tell there customer service line they never answed. Thankfully I came across a bus driver from greyhound he said all she had to do is charge me $20 for makeing the change the bus driver helped me and took me home. He said they had Told her something already because all she had to do was charge $20. Never again I don't recomend anyone with greyhound . Theyll never answer you.
