Really bad hotel. I booked this hotel. When i came to the room the lights were not working. The bath room is digustinf mold and nasty red stuff in the bath room. The receptionist all of them are really rude. Never again

Nice staff. Clean. Good WiFi. Love the BIG pillows! Only one thing seemed not in line with all the great features - the shower head in our room was the lowest possible quality you can buy (like the ones that cheap landlords put in their low price apartments) and not low flow.

Great place but it could be better. Not far from the downtown and nearby attractions. One issue I do have is that employees continue to work at night when people are trying to sleep. I know that's the best time for them but they need to find a way to do it quieter. I had the window open for a bit to get fresh air and when I went to sleep, I got bit by my mosquitoes. Couldn't sleep after that. This is the second time staying here but if there is a better place, I'd take it.

Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Staff is attentive. Buffet is good and reasonably priced. Parking is valet only. Location is near to shopping and night clubs and bars.

At first it looked like this was going to be a bad experience the lady at the front desk would smile at some people and seemed very upset with others including my wife and I.
After we did finally get checked in the staff accommodating the prices are a little bit on the high side but it is a very safe and very accommodating place to stay.
Only a block from some of the best tacos I've ever eaten and great fresh squeezed orange juice in the hotel and just across the street.
You could do a heck of a lot worse for hotel.
