My wife and I scheduled a day at Matacanes in Monterrey with IBO Adventures on Sunday, September 4th. IBO called us on Friday, September 2nd and canceled the event because of rain. We paid you in advance. You promised us a refund. It's been 2 weeks. We have called you several times and we are still waiting on the refund you promised us. What is going on?
