Just be careful with the taxi drivers offering you services at the main entrance and within the premises. Use the secured taxi with white and yellow colors only. The ticket booths are within the station.

Arrive early during rush hour. The terminal is great but street access is complicated during morning and evening and morning rush hours.

Very few places to sit and rest, and there are no more than two power outlets in the entire station. Bathrooms are not free but very clean. Free WiFi, which requires a FB, Twitter, or LinkedIn login was recently added.
