Honest , friendly, accurate, upgrade from small to medium, on returning it was no problem. If you pay cash at the end you get an extra discount . TAKE OUT Full INSURANCE , it's worth its weight in gold

Excellent & fast service! Porfirio, the helpful employee at the counter, has been helping my family rent cars for over 2 years from SIXT, and we are always more than satisfied with what we get. SIXT does NOT force you to buy insurance, like other companies do. It's definitely the only place I will rent cars from in Playa del Carmen.

I tried to pick up my confirmed rental today at 7:00am and there was a hand written note on the door saying the hours were 9:00-1:00 and 3:00-7:00. Even though their website, google, and written on their door in vinyl lettering stated they were open from 7:00-21:00. We decided to wait until they opened anyways and ended up waiting until 9:30am and still no one showed up to open the store. We left without our rental and booked across the street at Avis. There were two other couples with reservations as well that were also waiting. Our day was ruined and I do not recommend this company at all. Very disappointing! Stick to the big name rental companies
