I've been to Dr. Gomez several times, and had the best experiences....as he was patient, professional and punctual. He explains everything in perfect English and is friendly at the same time. No excessive waiting as I was used to in the States... I highly recommend him.

I became acquainted with Dr Gomez's work through recommendations in ex-pat blogs. Consequently I came to Oaxaca and had 5 crowns, a root canal and two fillings. The results could not have been better anywhere. Dr Gomez and his staff are absolute top notch and I will be back next year for an implant. I would recommend his work to anyone. Thank you Dr Gomez Reyes!

I recently, March of 2016, had dental work done by Dr. Gomez while I was in Oaxaca and I was immensely pleased with both the final results and the whole process. I needed a three tooth bridge. Dr. Gomez was willing to work around my somewhat limited time constrictions. On my first visit, after a thorough examination of the over-all state of my teeth, he began to work and worked for a number of hours so that the rest of the necessary work could be completed before i had to leave. From the outset i was impressed with a number of things. On a personal level he is friendly, casual, relaxed, easy to talk to, very informed and informative, wanting me to know exactly what my options were, what he recommended and why. Given my limited Spanish, his perfect command of English was very helpful. On a professional level, i was continually impressed by his meticulous patience, carefully making minor adjustment, testing, re-adjusting, testing again and again until everything was just right. The final result was a bridge that fit perfectly and, since the day it was put in place, felt just like my natural teeth with no initial "getting-used-to" period at all. I plan to go back to him in the future to deal with other dental needs. I have friends here in the states who are planning to do so also since the savings on cost more than covers the price of the trip. I couldnt recommend him more highly.

Dr. Gómez out-diagnosed my U.S. dentist by a mile, and gave profoundly terrific care. His staff is marvelous; his English is helpful (to me at least) and good; the price is reasonable. I was impressed by the entire experience -- the dental work; the positive energy and cooperation among various other staff members; and by the communication and care I received. Days after my visit I still received polite inquiries about how I was doing. I received a free appointment so he could check on my progress. Oaxaca is far from where I live now, but I'll be going back regularly to Dr. Gómez Reyes and will be recommending him to my U.S. and Oaxaca friends and acquaintances.

I, Steven Glorioso, was a patient of Dr. Gomez in February, 2015. I cracked a lower wisdom tooth.
He was recommended by an ex-pat at the Oaxaca Lending Library.
In short,he was terrific. Trained at the University of Michigan, Dr. Gomez speaks perfect English.
He and his staff were very professional. My case was difficult as he had to separate the tooth before pulling it as a nerve had grown under the tooth in front of it.
It took treatment over three weeks---first to remove the small crack of the tooth, then provide temporary relief as I had to leave Oaxaca the next day. The following week he pulled the tooth and stitched the gum. A week later he removed the stitching.
Everything worked out just fine. Two weeks later I returned to my home in the U. S. My family dentist during a visit said Dr. Gomez did an excellent job.
