Lovely microbrewery in the middle of Oaxaca. Great for chilling after a walking day. Max the bartender is great! He was super nice and friendly at all times.

The cocktails are incredibly refreshing and spot on. I had the one with cucumber and mezcal (forget the name) as well as the margarita with mezcal. Both were perfectly balanced. Jorge, the master brewer, saw my boyfriends interest in the nano beer and gave us an in depth look at the brewing process. Snacked on tapas and a hamburger that all hit the spot. It's places like this that make me certain I'll be visiting Oaxaca again.

Referring to itself a "nano-brewery", this place offers some excellent in-house brews. They offer some great artisanal beers, too. This is a good place for small groups. Happy hour offers some good tapas to boot.

Miguel was very friendly and the beers were delicious. Nice mix of their own beers, other Oaxaqueño beers, and beers from across Mexico. Definitely recommend a stop in.

I am from Portland, Oregon the Mecca of Breweries. This Nano Brew-Pub would hold its own against the beers of Portland. I had the IPA. Nice floral balance of hops and malts. I brought friends from the US nostalgic for American style beer and they were blown away. We talked with the locals enjoying beer and grub. We heard nothing but praise for food and beer. We enjoyed salads, sandwiches, and Gazpacho.
I have three more days in Oaxaca, maybe I will just tour through the menu and more beer...
