Pésimo servicio, no sirve de nada reservar si te van a dar el coche que ellos quieren y al triple de precio ya en mostrador, además esperé casi 3 horas. Los autos en muy mal estado y las supuestas promociones que te llegan al correo no sirven, al final pagas lo mismo o hasta un poco más. Si pudiera le pondría 0 estrellas.

I've always rented from this location and have been happy however this last time was enough to reconsider my options. I rented a vehicle online and when I got there they had my name wrong (though it was printed fine on my voucher) and wouldn't respect the rental or the rate. I moved on to a different vehicle at a higher rate, took all the precautions with insurance only to be sent away with a vehicle that had an expired registration. I got pulled over by the cops on my way back to the airport as I was trying to catch my flight and the cops were threatening to take away the vehicle. Managed to make it back to the airport without police intervention; spoke with the manager to see if there was a way I could get a discount on my rental as I had been driving my family around on an unregistered vehicle that rendered all my insurance as useless for two weeks and all the manager could do was offer me to leave the file open for review to see what he could do. So, basically, get out of my office and we'll do nothing while you're away which is exactly what happened. Hertz charged me the full rate with zero discounts. I think this is unacceptable. I have never rented a vehicle from any other company with an expired registration anywhere in the world. I'm done with Hertz Mexico, it has been nothing but a huge hassle and let down. Rent elsewhere and save yourself the hassle. Oh, and remember this important lesson, do not only check the vehicle for damage, check that the registration is not expired.

Excelente servicio, auto en perfecto estado, con combustible a medio tanque, y así se regresa. Lo recomiendo totalmente.

no respetan los precios de internet, acabe pagando el doble de lo que tenia pensado, es mejor rentar en otro lado donde no te agreguen y agreguen costos como aquí.

Hertz es uno de los dos concesionarios grandes del aeropuerto de México, lamentablemente algunos carros tienen desgaste y otros no tienen los papeles en regla, razón por la cual las autoridades policiales se aprovechan de los turistas para pedir dinero, o amenazan en llevar el carro al corralón. En nuestro caso nos cambiaron el carro dos veces, por fallas de frenos la primera y la segunda por no tener los documentos originales. Los empleados muy atentos, amables y siempre nos resolvieron; pero los malos ratos, tiempo perdido, reuniones canceladas, no tienen precio. Sugiero a la empresa matriz o los dueños de la concesión tomar cartas en el asunto y resolver los inconvenientes antes señalados.
