Sushi was really good , though it was lacking waiters and all of our clothes smelled like grease after we left

one person can single handedly ruin a restaurant experience. The waiter took our order right away......30 minutes later another waiter took notice and kindly brought our drinks then 10 minutes later our waiter came by to deliver a forced apology. I love sushi factory and usually have a great time. This was the worst ... although funny! so all In good humour ... great place ... bad luck with the service =/

The food is average, nothing was spectacular. DON'T ORDER A SIDE OF WHITE RICE. Mine was grainy and dry, maybe microwaved? Attentive staff, food takes unnecessarily long to arrive. Won't be coming back, unfortunately
