Good hotel if attending a conference at nearby EXPO or meetings at nearby hotels. Unfortunately, they didn’t have any tea/coffee facilities in the room. There is a Starbucks and restaurant on the ground floor. Staff can speak reasonable English but not as great as you might expect at an international hotel.

The Hotel is situated near the Guadalajara Expo, you are very fast in the hall. The rooms are clean and really large. The breakfest as for Person from Germany not very good: only eggs, potatos, meat, etc like a dinner. There are also some fruits and joghurts. But in General very nice Hotel, but they do not speak english.

The location is just in front of expo Guadalajara and it's a good place for business trip. The room is clean and very quiet for sleep. Everything is great, However, the door key sometimes doesn't work for accessing the elevator and room, it required us to go to receptions a few times to update the door key.

Great place for resting after a hard day of business in the city. Nice rooms, beds and bathrooms. Good place for your business meeting in their business center. You can skip the breakfast.
