This location seems to always be busy and it takes a while to take your order, whenever I stop by here which is not often is to get a sundae or McPatatas which are really good and I also like the sauce bar they have there.

It's McDonald's. The location is dirty and the renovation they did a while back makes it looks dumpy, not trendy.
Carl's Jr., a kilometre down the road, is much newer and much nicer.
