Please do not waste your money !! This company is irresponsible, works with very poor local operators who do not comply with norms of professional ethics adn security, they don't cover the agreed conditions and expenses such as tickets to tourist sites.
The tour guide / driver of my excursion was unprofessional and drank liquor while driving, even made a stop to urinate in front of us. This company not only ruined my visit to Belize, it also put my security and that of my family at risk.

I have used Shore Excursioneer several times for excursions while on a cruise. I have never encountered any problems and everything went off without a hitch. All excursions had been well depicted and were lots of fun. Our port in Belize ended up being cancelled due to weather and our deposit was promptly returned to us.

Playa Mia in Cozumel was a hit for the kids. They loved it! only problem was the guy at the Cozumel ticket center was swapped with people getting their wristbands and paying their balance off.....He need some help... although he knew what he was doing... Loved the Playa Mia water park and beach...Plenty of chairs, rented umbrella, and had some good drinks... Staff was wonderful... Food was not good... nothing special, it was picked up by 3:00 p.m. and some bars closed too.. making you walk further for a drink... never found a waiter to bring us drinks... All-in-All the kids loved It... Nuff said!

Thank you for contacting Shore Excursioneer. Our pricing for the excursion includes the VATas well as all other taxes. The resort confirmed that your group did the excursion, therefore your deposit is not eligible for a refund.

As was clear from the pricing, the tax thing wasn't true. We payed cash to get in, so I think the whole response was pretty much bunk.

Do yourself a favor and don't book through these folks. Pay a few extra dollars and use the cruise line. From personal experience, the companies they work with are not reputable. If you have an issue through the cruise line, you have nothing to worry about. If you use a company like this, you'll need to chase them for a refund or you'll be given bad information from their partners at the destination.
