had a great time on dives staff asked where we wanted to go and we decided. We were well taken care of and even had a photographer go with us that we could purchase her pics of us. I loved it.

A textbook example of why you should not choose the dive shop closest to the main road. While the staff are friendly enough, the manager is rather rude. Their equipment is what you'd expect from a run-of-the-mill dive shop. Their boat is big and slow, so if you want to get to the dive sites fast, hook up with a dive shop using a smaller boat that travels at twice the speed. I was told that the dive location would be decided by all the divers at the start of the dive. Once we pulled away, however, I was told that the sites were already picked and we were provided with no opportunity to suggest alternatives. The second dive site was the least interesting I had ever seen, consisting of sparse coral outcrops between sandy slopes. As I was diving alone, I was assigned a dive buddy. I thought I was lucky because I was teaming up with one of the guides. Curiously, he told me to just go on ahead as he had to look after the other divers. So, I was on my own. The leaders did no pre-checks with each diver, counting on them to look after themselves. There are much better dive shops in town.

The location, the setup, the rental gear, and the dives themselves were great. Unfortunately, the customer service wasn't that great, and made a two tank dive turn into waiting around for half a day, followed by a one tank dive.
They are safe, and definitely follow the rules, which is nice, and their instructors are knowledgeable.
I will most likely not be visiting them again, as I no longer trust that what I am told on the phone will actually take place.
