In desperate need of updating . Mold in shower cabin ,which is broken and put back together with insulation tape,super worn and uncomfortable mattress ,old ugly furniture,Moldy broken ceiling tiles,the list goes on. Extra charges to upgrade the non existing "free"wifi,charge to use a safe box.If it was 1 or 2 star hotel- then fair enough but having booked a 4 star hotel, I naturally expected a lot better.very disappointed with the facilities .

Very old decor, fixtures. Would not recommend. Very poor air con.

Building work next door occurred throughout my stay. Difficult to sleep past 7:30

It has 4 stars, so I have to review it on that basis.
It is no where near a 4 star hotel from any country. The room was small with a balcony (closed due works) looking over another balcony! The Bathroom was dated and missing fixtures. A/C in room was weak and noisy.
That all said however if I had booked a 2 star hotel I'd be happy, staff friendly, breakfast small but tasty, nice little pool area and a good location.
Unsure how much it is as I didn't pay but if you want a cheap no frills hotel go for it. If your looking for 4 stars look elsewhere.

First one and a half star hotel I've stayed in. The outside is the best thing in the hotel. School dinners do better fish. Nice staff in general though. Small stuffy rooms with no tea and coffee making facilities!
