Overall a good hotel in good location, with convention center in the same complex. Good selection of breakfast, taste good. The room quite spacious. On the downside, the furniture and fittings in the room is not top notch, but it is clean.

This is a lovely hotel in Medan. The servants is nice. It's very comfortable in here. And the breakfast have west foods and a lot of Indigenous foods.
