The facility for the mid class, is not well prepare. Well that is my only experience thou. But the customer service is standart, i wont say 5 start treatment but so far its okay.

Good budget hotel, although the rooms are quite small and can be noisy if you're on the road side of the building. Very clean and the staff are very helpful and attentive. If you have chemical sensitivities you may want to avoid it as they have automatic perfume dispensers in the hallways. The free breakfast is usually pretty decent (rice, fish, veggies and fried rice as well as fruit and hot drinks). There is a bar downstairs if you want to get a drink and hear some local crooners at night. The area around the hotel is not very walkable however, you would have to catch a taxi or becak from in front of the hotel. There are 4 lanes of constantly winding and honking traffic, open sewers, etc.
