Breakfast is good. Room is big.
Bathroom was completely facilitated.
The only thing i don't like because i got smoking room.

This hotel was one of the best before it was taken over by Mercure in Medan. Its the other way around now. They only refurb the lobby area not the rooms. The moment I step inside the hotel, i wasnt even greeted by the staffs. I had to stand for almost 10minutes on the reception just to check-in when 1 of the staff was busy doing something behind the desk. We were put on the smoking floor, our room was not even ready yet at 5.40pm. The most disgusting part is the pillow, yellow stains all around the pillow. I suggest that you guys always open up the pillow cover and have a look. you will be shocked that this is the 5star hotel standard. I will not come back here in the future. Guaranteed!

Hotel was near the Center point and Sun Plaza by car. Rooms were nice with a glass panel separating the bathroom and the bedroom so you can have a kinky shower with your partner if you want. Free WiFi available for guests but it will be disabled once you check out. There is a Crystal Jade Restaurant here.

Large room, very clean and neat. Hotel is quiet and good to take rest. Bit far for local to walk for food, but actually is not that far. Breakfast is good with many local content.
