1)It is worst hotel I ve ever stayed in my life
2)aircond in the room not cold at all eventhough it is raining.
3)any complain even to management level not taken any action.
4)breakfast area is horrible.
- smoking even in non smoking area.
-food never fill up after inform few times also
-no any staff in breakfast area to ask for any guide
-omelette area only open at 8.30am

It's not a place for foreigners. There is no smoking are infact smoking is permitted everywhere. Even the local people are smoking inside the lift. People are playing chess game while smoking in coffeehouse. The stafs are making don't know.
I think the management only can serve local Indonesian customers.

Room was just ok with the price. One of two hotel's main lift was broken. Our toilet couldn't be flushed, the water would not fill. The worst part there's small metal embedded on our bathroom floor, remain of unused furniture, that's sharp and hurt my feet.

The Hotel is so so. The food is so so. The only good thing about this hotel is it located in the heart of Medan. So it is very easy to go to many tourist attraction from here.
