Dr Goh is very knowledgeable as a Veterinarian, and wonderfully pleasant as a person ! He truly cares about animals. I've been to many vets around KL and this one is the best! Fast response, good hospitality, and overall very excellent service.

Resolution: Took back the cats, Dr. Goh did not accept any payment and we donated the RM 250(old price) to PAWS under his clinics name.
Dr Goh said "We are not responsible to notify our customers of our rate hike." He also said "Do not regret what will happen to your cats if you leave them here!".
They recently have a hike in their rates started from 1st Feb 2017, they failed to mention it to their old customers upon taking the cats in.
I pleaded to him that the rescued kittens was not ready to be neutered in October when I first brought them with another kitten to be neutered (by the way that kitten had incontinence ever since) which he remembered, told me to come back when they are big enough. I or my friend was not told of the new price hike when we drop off the kittens, today is 4th of Feb, just 4 days after his rate hike. I said since we are just following up on the rescued kittens, can you please charge us the previous rates just this time as the price hike has just commence a few days ago. He refused and insinuate that something bad might happen to the kittens if I left it there.
I left the rescued kittens at the vet together with my pet carriers and paid the initial agreed amount of rescued kittens since he has rendered the service.
Will not recommend anybody to go to him because of his bad attitude and inability to treat his old customers well.

Sent my cat here for spaying. Good job doc, cat healed very quickly and the scar can barely be seen. She grooms/licks herself a lot and wasn't bothered by the incisions b'cos it's very neat.
