Customer service at jalan sultan ismail office not helping to enter additional driver to the covernote. I will not use this damn insurance anymore. NOT RECOMMENDED.

I'm waiting for mg insurance claims but it almost 4 months already, there is no single call from the company, i tried to calling the call center but it is not reachable, its always said that the line is busy..why are you so busy? Is there not enough employees or what??

Rude CS! I am calling for asking insurance prices, they answer it with laziness attitude,doesn't give her name and they cut the line when I'm still on the line. What a bad experience! May your business become more success in the future!
