This hotel has many issues which you need to keep in mind before booking.
Firstly this hotel is cheap to book and has a good proximity to KLCC (Typically a 25min walk or 15min Taxi).
However, the hallway and room was overpowered with a strong smoke smell. Further to this, there was a unpleasant damp smell coming from the carpet when we arrived. It seemed like they cleaned the source of the smell, but only a slight improvement was noticed on the second day.
The biggest concern was the cleanliness of the room, in particular the bed. The mattress protector looked like it hadn't been washed for the last 6 or so previous guests (abundance of different sorts of hair and gross stains). It looked like they had only changed the bedsheets and not the mattress protector or pillows. Another big issue was the sparking that was coming from the severed bedside lamp cord which from closer inspection appeared to be poorly fixed with scotch tape rather than replaced.
Other smaller issues include peeling wallpaper revealing a moldy wall, leaking fridge, no bathroom linen other than a bath mat, missing toiletries (no soap, when we asked for toilet paper we got given a wad of tissues) and weird wiring of the lights which would only turn on with various combinations of the switches.
On a final note, don't fall for this hotel! It is dirtier than it looks and if budget is key, with a bit of research you can find a much cleaner hotel for around the same price.

Very Cosy ,nice rooms, nice food and the mostly i love the staff .security,front desk , manager and even the house keeping is very nice people and services...
