Bad n worst ever....hot aircond...so many bird dirty...housekeeping balak liat pemalas....but front desk staff very good n nice...very helpfull...5 star for night duty staff 17/11/17.

I checked in at 3pm on 8 Nov 2017 to room 416. I think it was the worst hotel that i have stayed. The door jammed and cannot open from inside. They move me to room 412. I ordered 3 times (coz hungry and have not taken lunch yet) 2 times from restaurant at ground floor and 3rd time fr restaurant at 5th floor. The food taste is bad. Complaint about the wifi. No wifi from 3pm till I checked out. Though of taking shower. The water flow is so slow and hot water is running only for few seconds and stop if you open the cold water. After 6 hours stay, i finally fed up and checked out at 9pm and moved to Istana. Worst is the reception only laugh at my comments. Worst hotel i ever stayed and definately not going to stay here again.

It has the basic facilities, good food, nearby shopping area and the deserving open space which is quite rare in Kuala Lumpur. I wonder why people are not attracted to it. Maybe because of the heavy traffic on the main road getting there

A disappointing visit. Room 223 toilet & sink are not working. Two single bed with only a pillow each. Not functioning hair dryer. No toothpaste provided. Room are serviced without prior notification. Slow wifi. Tv channel are limited.
