Check out time wrote inside the room "before 2pm", check out around 1:15pm extra RM10 charged with reason 12:00 noon to 1pm for checkout, 1pm to 2pm is cleaning. No inform customer earlier.
Experience some one smoking at corridor, the air ventilation in toilet suck the smoke smells into the room through the door.

Last time room used to be clean and good condition. Now getting worst. Must insist to change the bed sheets if you find it not comfortable.
