Good value. Interesting as almost all the artists are probably unknown outside of Latvia. They shouldn't be.

The building inside was very nice and permanent exhibition spans four floors so it's well worth the three euros fee.

One of the better art museums in Northern Europe, the building itself is a architectural masterpiece with the underground section and rooftop views. Great and diverse exhibition of Latvian art, many different genres and enough to keep you busy for hours.
