Awful. My wife made an appointment for massage therapy, for me, on 14 Jan, 2017 at 1:30 PM. I arrived at the base of the building for my first appointment / evaluation at aprox. 1:22 PM, on my bicycle, freezing my butt off, literally rode across town to see these folks, when my wife called to tell me they cancelled due to a "no show". When I asked why, they gave no reason and said they went on to the next client and I would have to come back another time and to not bother coming up. I can barely feel my hands. Nice.....
