Terrible hotel. I will definitely never come back there.
We went there for one night with my boyfriend. We booked on Airbnb, and the price was correct 32000 W, the rooms looked nice, a little bit dark, but it was ok. So we decided to go there and try, big mistake. We arrived at 9:00 PM. The employee gave us a first room. We came inside, there were hair and little smears on the bed. They were hair in the bathroom too and it looks like this bathroom hasn't been cleaned since 1950. So we asked for another room, clean. The employee gave us a second room. We decided to sleep because we were really tired, and the bed didn't looked dirty, and we woke up around 1 AM, because they were insects at our feets. The place was really dirty, under the bed we can see hair and old cigarettes, dust, etc, and INSECTS. There was a big mirror in front of the bed with weird smears too, this mirror hasn't been cleant since a while too. So we grabbed our stuff and ask for a new room cleaner or a refund. We had the owner on the phone a first time, he was angry, and totally not professional. He said to his employee to show us a new room, again dirty. We re-called the owner. We had an argue on the phone. We decided to stay in the 4th room, because we didn't had choice at 1 am. And I called the owner again and said that we will stay but I'm really disappointed and i will make bad comments on the websites for this night, because this is just a dirty and weird hotel, located at 25 min from the Dongdaemon Historical and Culture Park. He just said "we will not refund you because you stayed in the hotel for 3 hours and now that's 1 AM, you should be happy that you have an hotel now, you understand ? You abuse because you ask for another room or a refund, I will not refund you, I don't care, you understand?!" I just gave back the telephone and we slept in this room, the bed was almost clean. Not the bathroom.
To resume this hotel, that's a weird motel in the city, the owner is terrible, and don't care about customers, only money. The motel is never clean, apparently. They were smears in towels too. There is any professionnalism, and that's terrible for an hotel where the goal is that your customers should spend a good night.
For the price, I advice people to not go there and chose an other hotel. For this price we can have a better one, for sure.
