Its clean. Security and assistance is high. Floors and lifts clearly labeled. Well ventilated and organised. Cool colors. Has enough restaurants to choose from as per ones taste and pocket ability. Ome of the well maintained buildings in town. Has most kind of businesses housed there, its aproxi to many other buildings in town. Its a hub easly accessed from al sides of town since major stages are a stonenthrow distance. Kencom, Ambassador and Railways.
