nice interior and fast service, reception staff should smile a bit more. breakfast was awesome but staff not very helpful or hospitable

Housekeeping could be a lot better! They put me wet sheets on my bed on two days and every day the sheets were wrong sided. They didn‘t manage to improve it after i told them twice. My collegues had similar experiences.

Outstanding service and cleanliness, very safe with guarded entrance. Great place with kids. Only thing is rooms are old but beds are super comfy

Friendly staff, decent room service. House keeping was available after 7am. Value for money.

Great happy hour deals at Icon. Nice atmosphere. Music was wholly unobtrusive - you can actually have a conversation without losing your voice afterwards.
