便利な所にあって借りやすい。
ただ、自走式の駐車場の最上階までの道のりは遠くて疲れる。

The staff were not truly bilingual but did help while being polite. I had all the required documents with me to minimize issues. The vehicle I rented was very clean, no mechanical problems, they went over the basic car controls and the company's website has a full video tutorial on how to use the AV/GPS console in their cars. Unless you're used to driving in Japan I recommend you take the highest level of accident/damage coverage possible.
