Don't go here in an emergency.
I was cycling when I had a minor accident and broke my finger literally in front of this hospital. I've never been in an emergency situation before in Japan, so I went into this hospital.
The reception staff didn't seem to know how to deal with me, and eventually said I could see a dermatologist about it (Japan tends to have specialists only). I didn't realise it was broken yet, as it didn't hurt, and just wanted to get someone to look at it, so I said ok.
While I was waiting to be seen by the doctor, I did some research myself, and saw that indeed my symptoms were pointing to it being broken. I saw the doctor, but she said even if I were to take an X-Ray, she couldn't interpret it, and so I should come back 3 days later (this was before three consecutive holidays where the hospital was closed). The idea of waiting three days with a broken finger sounded pretty stupid, so I said I'd go somewhere else. She was nice enough to make sure they didn't charge me for seeing her at least.
The hospital seemed to be more focused on long term care, so maybe in that situation it is good, but if you have something urgent, don't go there.
If you do happen to have a broken bone, you probably want to search for a 整形 (seikei) clinic, as they deal with 骨折 (kossetsu - bone fractures).
