Newly built ATRE building with nice shops and restaurants. 1 of only 2 Shake-Shack burger restaurant on the 1st floor.

pretty standard shopping mall in japan--that is--it is an AWESOME shopping mall compared to other countries. even in such a densely populated area, this giant multi-story shopping mall stands out. you can definitely spend a good 3-4 hours here
