Great location, within 10 minute walk to 3 different train stations. Very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful! It was raining one night and we had forgot an umbrella, the lady at reception offered us a couple of towels to dry off. The rooms are very small, but we only were there to sleep, so it wasn't an issue. The wi-fi was slow and spotty, but again if you're going to be out and about this was no big deal.

The rooms are exceptionally small, the front and back door to my room were on the same hinge. The pillows are as flat as everyone says, but that shouldn't be an issue, you wont be spending much time there anyways. Definitely not for the claustrophobic. Clean Hotel. Don't try to sit in the cafe downstairs, i was kicked out because my guest had already eaten....

Great location; Waking distance to 2 subway stations and one JR line station. Easy access to the fish market. Use elevator from Shintomicho station if you have bags; Exit gate 3 is closest to the hotel, but the stairs are legion. Walk to 24 hour sushi places. Rooms are tiny, and couldn't figure out AC. Staff was friendly with adequate English. Stayed with 2 adults and 2 kids in adjacent rooms. Lastly, water pressure in the shower was spectacular. Still vibrating from my morning shower as we ride the bullet to Kyoto.
